Psychologist

Education: Apprenticeship as a design engineer, study of applied psychology at the ZHAW with specialization in clinical psychology. During the studies, experience in pedagogical workplaces. Continuous psychotherapeutic training at the IEF in systemic psychotherapy. Professional experience in institutions (acute ward) and outpatient counselling centres with children, adolescents and adults.

How I work: My work is oriented towards systemic constructivism. Together with the clients I try to understand the current behaviour as a multitude of cooperating parts of a personality. The aim is to understand the function and interaction of the individual parts, behaviours and emotions in order to regain more control over one's own experience. A further goal of the therapy is the development of new perspectives of the individual situation, so that new approaches to resources and solution strategies can be found.
